Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview
This website is operated by Archive Dollz. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products
We sell sneakers and accessories in small, limited drops. We make every effort to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee your display matches the product exactly. Product photos may include styled or illustrative images.

3. Sizing
Sizing information is provided on every product page, including a size chart and a note that our sneakers run large. By placing an order you confirm you have read the sizing information. Returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection are not accepted.

4. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Stock is limited; an item showing as available may sell out before your order is processed. If that happens, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content created by Archive Dollz on this site (text, graphics, logos, original images) belongs to Archive Dollz and may not be used without permission. Third-party brand names, if any, belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archive Dollz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
