REFUND POLICY

Sizing — please read before you order
Our sneakers run large. On every product page we recommend ordering ONE SIZE DOWN from your usual size, and we include a size chart and offer free size help by DM before you buy. Because we clearly warn about sizing, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@archivedollz.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the box. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Conditions
- Items must be unworn, in the original box, with all tags and packaging.
- Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Accessories and Shipping Protection are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been prepared for shipping. Email us as soon as possible.
