Processing time
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your pair ships.

Delivery time
5–10 business days after shipping (7–12 business days in total from your order), depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping costs
The exact shipping cost and options for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection on the product page. If your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll replace it or refund you. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Customs & duties
Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, email us at info@archivedollz.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
